In that time you need to pay the R10 000.00 portion of the deposit or sign the Agreement of Sale which can be downloaded from Legal Documents. You will now have a maximum of 7 days to complete your transaction. At this stage the status of your detail will be "In Progress". It is however advisable to pay the Deposit and sign the Agreement of Sale as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Your cluster home will be marked as "SOLD" as soon as you have paid the R 10 000.00 portion of the Deposit and signed the Agreement of Sale .We will be able to assist you and answer any further questions you may have regarding the sales process. The Deposit required is as follows R10 000.00 is required on signature and the balance of 10% within 30 days.
