How will the individual ownership of units at Zeegesicht Ridge be registered ?
Ownership will be full title.
There will also be a Homeowners Association that will manage all the communal facilities i.e. perimeter fencing security gate, internal street.
All the owners will be members of the Homeowners association.
All the owners will have to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Homeowners Association.

How are the building activities controlled ?
All the building activities will be controlled by the developer and his professional team.
Will I be able to choose my own fittings ?
Yes from a selected range provided by the developer within the PC allowances amount. Own fittings must be provided timeously to ensure that no delays are caused by the purchaser.
Security
What form of security and access controls will be provided ?
There will be a 1,8m palisade fencing perimeter around the development with a access gate and exit gate (one way traffic).
Each owner will receive a remote for the entrance gate.
Additional remotes can be purchased from the developer at a cost of R150.00/remote.
Financial Issues
How much deposit do I have to put down to secure a unit ?
R10 000.00 will secure a unit.

Will I get help organising a bond ?
Yes , you will.
By when do I have to have a bond grant?
You must have your bond grant within 30 days of signing your contract.
When is the expected date of purchase ?
The purchase date is the date of signature by the purchaser. All the time frames for the suspensive conditions should be met within the periods from date of signature by the purchaser.
When will I be able to move in ?
Once the developer goes on site it will take approximately 4 months for the cluster home to be completed and ready for occupation.
Housekeeping Issues
Are pets allowed at Zeegesicht Ridge ?
Yes, Zeegesicht Ridge allows small dogs and cats.
General
How long will it take before the the entire development is complete ?
It will take approximately 2 years to complete the entire development subject to the sales prediction under the current economic climate.
Can I build my own house ?
No, the quality and style of the development is the responsibility of the developer,and they cannot let go of their control over that. |
